In the event of a game error or disconnection, the result as recorded on the game server shall be final.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the Platform or any game, winrm7 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly. winrm7 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets placed during a malfunction period. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

winrm7's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by winrm7's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
winrm7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, winrm7 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email to registered members or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winrm7's international gaming authority licensing framework. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact winrm7 customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.
